Purpose

The Minnesota Professional Development Advisory Council (PDAC) is a group organized to provide system level consultation to guide and inform the Child Development Services team at the Minnesota Department of Human Services to effectively develop, coordinate and implement the Minnesota Early Childhood and School-age Professional Development System.

Members serve for two years and bring their wisdom, experience and individual perspectives to help ensure that the Early Childhood and School-age Professional Development system effectively supports quality in all early childhood and school-age care settings. Members will network with one another and act as stewards of the system implementation to communities and work areas.
