Early Learning Guidelines
  • Early Childhood Indicators of Progress (2007) was put together by the Minnesota Department of Human Service and the Minnesota Department of Health as a resource for Minnesota's early learning guidelines for children from birth through age three. This document includes information about infant and toddler developmental stages, individual differences in children, indicators of progress, and more.
