Minnesota Center for Professional Development and Registry Renewal
Is it time for you to update your professional development progress on the Registry? Please take a few minutes to review your learning record. Be sure to send in your training documentation to keep your learning record up to date. By updating your professional development record you may find that you have moved to the next step on the career lattice.
Remember your login is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password?" and it will be sent to your e-mail account.
If you have taken credit courses through a college or university, please have an official transcript sent to the Center at the address below.
If you have changed employers, please update your employment. Even if you are still working at the same site, but are working with a different age group, add that to your employment history. Did you get a promotion? Be sure to add that to your record!
Remember to update your memberships to professional organizations. This is a good time to renew your memberships so they don't lapse!
Documentation of your training, transcripts and memberships should be mailed to:
Minnesota Center for Professional Development
Metropolitan State University
1450 Energy Park Drive
Suite 147
St. Paul, MN 55108
After we have received and verified all your updated documentation, we will issue a new Certificate of Achievement.
Practitioner Annual Renewal:
An automated email will be sent to the practitioner reminding them of their annual renewal date. At this time, practitioners should update their personal information, training and education. Practitioners should submit all their updated training certificates and transcripts at this time to the Minnesota Center for Professional Development (MNCPD). If a practitioner waits for the annual renewal to submit new training certificates, the MNCPD will recalculate their career lattice setp at this time. A new Certificate of Achievement will be issued reflecting any change in career lattice step and the next renewal date.
Practitioners can submit new training certificates at anytime to advance on the career lattice. The annual expiration date will not change if the documentation of training is submitted before the date on their Certificate of Achievement.
