"Evidence-Based Practices in Adult Learning: Serving Adult Learners in Early Childhood Care and Education through Training and Relationship-Based Approaches"

May 12, 2011

Presenters:

Stephen Brookfield and Henry Merrill

Description:

Advances in research related to adult learners challenge our ways of thinking about learning and point to new directions. This year's Strategy Forum will focus on current research and evidence-based practice in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating professional development services to adults working in early childhood care and education. In addition, the program will outline strategies to apply these practices to your current work as trainers, consultants, coaches and others. This will provide you with tools and direction to support your ongoing professional development.
