Training Sponsor Organization FAQs

When planning your conference, you have two options for getting your conference or institute approved by Achieve. Both options are explained in detail in our Conference Approval Options.

Yes, individuals and organizations can nominate or request that an organization be reviewed for Automatic Training Approval status. Organizations must provide training related to the early childhood and school-age field to be considered for this status. Achieve will look at the criteria outlined on the Automatic Training Approval Eligibility Criteria Document to determine if Automatic Training Approval status is appropriate.

Automatically approved organizations are listed on the Automatic Approval of Training document. Achieve will automatically approve Early Childhood and School-age related training from:

  1. Accredited colleges and universities
  2. Federal and Minnesota State agencies
  3. Organizations offering Continuing Education Units (CEUs) with current International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accreditation
  4. Nationally recognized organizations listed in the chart on the Automatic Approval Training document
  5. Publishers of curriculum or assessment tools recognized by Parent Aware
  6. Minnesota Independent School Districts and Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Recognized Charter Schools

The staff at Achieve can share details about how the policy and process applies to you. Contact Achieve at support@mncpd.org or (855) 378-3131.
