Angela Kapp has worked in the field of early childhood since 1989 when she started as an aide in an infant classroom. She went on to become a Lead Teacher then an administrator before joining Head Start in 2006. In 2012 she left Head Start to open her first early childhood program in St. Paul. She has also spent time as an NAEYC Assessor and a CDA Specialist. She currently is a Mentor Trainer for the Twin Cities Metro area and stays involved in early childhood advocacy projects.
