Map Out Your Strengths

December 3, 2018/by Hyewon Chung

Use Develop’s ITNA to Map Out Your Strengths

The Individual Training Needs Assessment (ITNA) tab is located on your Develop Profile Page. The ITNA is a self-assessment tool based on Minnesota’s Knowledge and Competency Framework for Early Childhood Professionals. This framework outlines standards or expectations regarding what people educating and caring for young children need to know. It also described competencies which define the demonstration of specific skills needed. You can use the ITNA to assess your own skills and set professional goals.
There are three assessment available:
  • Family Child Care
  • Infant/Toddler
  • Preschool
